Description
The Dean D. Powell Theater-atorium, also known as Award Central is located on Mt. Pleasant Ave. in Downtown. This is where the S.T.A.R. Awards take place and will only open it's doors for the award ceremony.
You will be able to access it for the first time as part of Awards Night for The Life Sapling. Whenever you have been nominated for A S.T.A.R. Award, also known as a "Fish-lady trophy", Ray Powers will be outside on the red carpet.
